The Area
The Plash Inn is situated on the Carmarthenshire/ Pembrokeshire border, close to the River Taf, in the small village of Llanfallteg. The Pub has been a part of village life here for around 150 years and still remains a central part of all that goes in the village. The building is set in a terrace of houses, in the middle of the village.
Llanfallteg is located 5 miles from the towns of Narberth and Whitland and is taking full advantage of its locality to the fantastic Pembrokeshire coastline and the Preseli Mountains but with easy access to the culture of Carmarthen and Swansea. With easy access to the major towns on the old “Landsker Line”, the A40 and a short drive to the M4, traveling is never an issue when in the area.
Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire are both desirable places for walking & horse riding, along with Theme Parks, botanical gardens and many more outdoor activities. For indoor activities there are many other places to visit, from Blue Lagoon to Silent World, a reptile and aquamarine sanctuary. |
